Parent-Community Networking Centers (PCNCs) at Hawaii schools connect students and their families with the resources and services of the school and community. PCNCs create supportive partnerships among the home, the school, and the community to improve student achievement, performance and growth, and building a sense of community. The Kula School PCNC is a school-based gathering place for parents, teachers, volunteers, and the community to foster learning, sharing and partnerships that are responsive to Kula School's expressed needs and concerns.
